Skateboard Deck
I had to create and print a 8x31 inch skateboard deck. I tried to give it the same theme as my toy (previous post), but the hockey player part kinda fell through the floor. I bought a skateboard deck and got my Adobe Illustrator file printed on a sticker, and then I stuck the image below onto my skateboard deck.

My Toy!

PROCESS:
I had to create a toy using super sculpy. The following is a bunch of pictures which show my process in making "Two Body":
(These are all the tools I had used)
(I first made the body out of Silver Foil)
(I added a hanger to shape the leg)
(I covered the hanger with tin foil to get the full leg figure)
(I took more hangers, curved them and placed in the right part of the figure to form a ribcage)
(I then completed the arm with tin foil)
(I added another hanger to act as the shoulder)
(I took the hangers out of my toy and placed them to the side as I added the first layer of super scuply)
(I then placed the sculpy on the ribcage bones)
(I finished my first later of super sculpy on the toy and ready to cook it)
(Right out of the oven, the super sculpy hardened and now my toy feels like plastic!)
(I then added my second layer, which formed the skeletons eye, along with the helmet, nose and eye)
(Just a zoomed image of the face)
(I now started building the base so my toy can be mounted while I paint it)
(I first covered my toy with a layer of Gesso (aka varnish), and then started my layer of blue using acrylic paint)
(I finished painting the body of the toy)
(I then started molding the glove of the hockey player, the hand of the skeleton and the hockey stick which will go in the hockey player's glove)
(Another zoomed image of the painting)
(I painted the face by mixing red, orange white and yellow acrylic paint)
(Just an image of the toy overall)
(I finally painted the base, making it into a hockey rink)

While taking these pictures, we ran into a production set on Queen Street. They were filming an upcoming Nicolas Cage movie titled "Kick-Ass". We saw a man dressed in an ridiculous green superhero suit, running around the police-barriered road. I spoke to the assistant director who told us about the film. It was hard getting in pictures since they were trying to clear the area up, but I snuck a few.
